I had a wonderful time staying at this venue! It was perfect for my needs and I loved how close it was to downtown. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing at the end of the day.
I had a fantastic experience and would stay here again if I'm ever back in this city. The amenities like room service and laundry were a great convenience, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Convenient location to Crystal Palace park and city center. Helpful and welcoming staff provided a kettle and tray with all necessary items. Comfortable room with balcony. Enjoyed breakfast with a variety of options. a great stay and would return when visiting next time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were polite and cute. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as a safe, a desk, a hair dryer, an air conditioner. The breakfast offered a great variety of pastries, and the fresh orange juice was a good bonus. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as many places and restaurants were within a 15-minute walk. there were bus stops just a 5-minute walk away and a metro station only 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel's proximity to the metro station Carolina Michaelelis also provided convenient transportation to explore this city.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the city center and within walking distance of downtown. it is relatively close to the metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with quality products in the bathroom and cozy beds. The service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating, always open to help with any concerns. The breakfast spread is outstanding, offering a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and delicious cappuccino.
One small downside is that there are no shops around the hotel, but with the city center so close, it's easy to find everything you need within a short walk.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including local specialties like mini pasties d nata and Iberian ham and chorizo. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a luxurious feel with high-quality fittings.
The location was a bit far from the central area, although it was still walkable. It would have been more convenient if it was closer to the main attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Exe Essenzia and were impressed by the level of service and care provided. When we arrived, we were initially given a room that faced a busy road, but after expressing our concerns, the staff graciously upgraded us to a more quiet and upgraded room. The personal attention and willingness to help really made a positive impact on our stay. the junior suite we stayed in was perfect for our family, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable king bed and sofa bed. The hotel's location in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to amenities and public transportation, was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and we appreciated the free coffee and fruits available outside of breakfast hours.
