Dorma Essenzia Porto Hotel

I had a wonderful time staying at this venue! It was perfect for my needs and I loved how close it was to downtown. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing at the end of the day.

I had a fantastic experience and would stay here again if I'm ever back in this city. The amenities like room service and laundry were a great convenience, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Convenient location to Crystal Palace park and city center. Helpful and welcoming staff provided a kettle and tray with all necessary items. Comfortable room with balcony. Enjoyed breakfast with a variety of options. a great stay and would return when visiting next time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were polite and cute. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as a safe, a desk, a hair dryer, an air conditioner. The breakfast offered a great variety of pastries, and the fresh orange juice was a good bonus. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as many places and restaurants were within a 15-minute walk. there were bus stops just a 5-minute walk away and a metro station only 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel's proximity to the metro station Carolina Michaelelis also provided convenient transportation to explore this city.

When we arrived, we were initially given a room that faced a busy road, but after expressing our concerns, the staff graciously upgraded us to a more quiet and upgraded room. The personal attention and willingness to help really made a positive impact on our stay. the junior suite we stayed in was perfect for our family, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable king bed and sofa bed. The hotel's location in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to amenities and public transportation, was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and we appreciated the free coffee and fruits available outside of breakfast hours.
